Return, Refund & Exchange policy
1. This Return, Refund & Exchange policy shall only be applicable for online platform via febuluv.com only.
2. Non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for all special SALE items, which might have slightly defect but still could be used.
3. We will not accept refund for situations: change of mind, found not suitable/not match.
4. You can either request for exchange or cash refund for damaged/wrong/faulty items (apart from sale item) within 5 days of receipt date. Any lateness will not be entertained.
5. Orders can not be cancelled or changed once it is being processed.
6. In all cases, items returned must be in their original conditions, quantity and packaging together with the proof of Order, Payment and Delivery of the Products. We will check first once we receive the item returned before process to the next step.
7. We will not be responsible on lost parcel/ lateness which is caused by the courier company. The item returned is customer’s responsibility until we receive it safely. Therefore, please make sure the item returned is well packed to avoid any damage. We will not be responsible for item returned with damage.
8. All replacements or exchange of Products shall be effected subject to stocks availability.
9. No cash refund except for no-stock item. Refund process will be around 7 working days.
10. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
11. After we AGREE your return, we will bare the shipping charges for you. But any return which is not approved by us, we will not bare the shipping charges.
